The Franchise Process
The first step isn't a commitment. It's a conversation. Becoming a Positive Reset franchise owner happens in stages—first deciding whether it makes sense, then getting your location ready to open.

Part 1
Everything in this part happens before you sign the Franchise Agreement or make an initial payment.
Tell us about yourself, your background, and where you're thinking about opening. A member of our team will answer your questions and explain what comes next. There's no obligation.
We'll talk about the brand, how a location operates, what an owner is responsible for, and the people and resources needed to operate the business—including Clinical Director and psychiatric prescriber roles.
The FDD provides information about the franchise, including the investment, fees, obligations, and current franchise owners. You'll receive it at least 14 calendar days before you sign a binding agreement or make any payment. We encourage you to review it with a lawyer and an accountant.
Read the FDD. Ask questions. Talk with your advisors. Take the time you need to understand the opportunity, the responsibilities, the investment, and the terms of the franchise relationship.
If both sides decide to move forward and the requirements are met, you'll go through the franchise approval process. If approved, you'll sign the Franchise Agreement.
Becoming a franchise owner is a significant decision. Before you move forward, you should understand the opportunity, the responsibilities, the investment, and the terms of the franchise relationship.
The FDD contains 23 sections and several exhibits. Read the entire document, not just the summary.

Know what you're getting into. Then decide if it's right for you.
Part 2
Once you've signed the Franchise Agreement, the focus shifts to getting your location ready to open. You will be responsible for completing these steps. Positive Reset will provide the guidance and support described in the franchise materials.
Getting your doors open is an important milestone. From there, you'll be responsible for running the business, leading your team, serving your community, and operating within the Positive Reset system.

The first step isn't a commitment. It's a conversation. Tell us where you're interested in opening, a little about your background, and what you'd like to know.
