Care is provided by appropriately licensed professionals within their scope of practice and in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations.
Staffing requirements depend on the services offered, applicable state requirements, and Positive Reset requirements.
Licensed mental health professionals who provide individual, family, couples, child and adolescent, and group therapy, as applicable to their qualifications and scope of practice.
A qualified psychiatric prescriber who provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations.
Provides clinical leadership at the location, supports the clinical team, and helps ensure services are delivered in accordance with applicable state requirements and Positive Reset policies and procedures.
Each location must maintain the licensed and qualified professionals required to provide its authorized services. At minimum, this includes an appropriately licensed mental health therapist and psychiatric prescriber where those services are offered.
Positive Reset locations provide care in person and through telehealth, where permitted and appropriate.
Care delivered within the Positive Reset clinic environment, including therapy and psychiatric services as applicable.
Care delivered remotely through telehealth where permitted by law, appropriate for the service, and supported by the location's qualified providers.
Clinical services don't operate separately from the rest of the business. The Policies & Procedures Manual addresses the clinical and operational requirements that support delivery of services.
Hiring clinical staff and verifying required licenses, credentials, and qualifications.
Processes for patient rights, concerns, complaints, and appropriate follow-up.
Requirements related to clinical documentation, records, privacy, and HIPAA.
Defined responsibilities and job expectations for clinical team members.
Clinical and operational requirements are maintained through the Policies & Procedures Manual and applicable franchise materials.
The Positive Reset approach emphasizes professional communication, a welcoming environment, and a straightforward experience for patients and families.
